And now, our third and last day of our road trip. This trip truly flew by, after Yosemite we raced out to San Francisco and on our way there, we stopped at a heavenly place called Cypress Tree Tunnel. Massive trees bend in and hug each other to create a tunnel-like area leading to an abandoned white home at the end. Magical is the word to explain it here. It took almost ALL DAY to find this spot, truly from morning until about 2pm, *insert frustrated emoji here. After we did arrive though, it truly was worth it, the scenery there was fields and fields of green hills. So lets be honest, I didn’t mind the drive all that much. I pretty much had my head out the window, smiling like a little kid the entire way there. You would have sworn we were in a painting…
Im so glad I had found this floral dress at Forever21, a few days before this trip, the flowyness of this wraparound dress was perfect for the bay area. I paired it with these brown gladiator heeled sandals I scored on poshmark for $20. Im telling you ladies, if you haven’t yet, you need to check out Poshmark, (I have it linked under my “Shop my closet” tab) I have scored some treasure on here. After a long day of road tripping we went back to the room, and unfortunately the morning after was time for us to go. I really wish I could’ve spent at least a week here, 3 days was just not enough days for California’s Coast. Along the way home we made a pit stop in Big Sur, which is the photo below. Along the way, we had no service on our phones which forced 14 hours of conversation and we did just that. We were more focused on taking everything in, rather then trying to capture it on our cameras. As we all know, no photo can capture natures true beauty. So because of this, I don’t have as many photos to share with you as I was planning, but I really don’t regret it. I hope you don’t mind. We’ll be back to our day trips soon enough and make sure to capture everything for y’all.
If you’re wondering about this tan dress, I’ll be dedicating a post about it sometime next week, so stay tuned 🙂
As always, thank you for stopping by, to pay my site a visit. I always appreciate it.
