Happy Tuesday! It is indeed isn’t it? For me I just got done with yet another adventurous full week. Since the fall weather is my favorite, Weston and I have been trying our best to really enjoy it as much as we can. Another day, and another trip to the mountains it was. Weston asked if I wanted to go stay at the Lake Arrowhead Resort and Spa, as if thats an actual question, when do I ever say no? haha. I agreed, and off we went. We arrived at the resort, dropped off our things and jetted off outside to go adventure. Came upon new neighborhoods, a new side of the lake and a delicious pizza spot for lunch! It was getting extra chilly outside so I threw on my pink pea coat that I had found in my closet when packing, and I totally forgot I had. (Don’t you love when that happens?!) When it finally got too dark outside, we went back to the hotel, to freshen up and get ready for dinner. Went to Bin 189 to grab some drinks and some amazing dinner. Whether you come and stay up here, or just driving by, I highly recommend this lounge. The atmosphere, the bartenders, the drinks, everything was SO great! I know we both had the best time here!! Fast forward to the next morning and I was waking up to birds chirping and ducks quacking right outside my window, we made some coffee, ordered some room service and sat outside to enjoy the crisp morning weather overlooking the lake. We both couldn’t stop repeating, “this feels like a dream”, moments like these are the ones we will cherish forever. After breakfast, it was time to head down the mountain because I had to go to work at 5pm. There is nothing harder then leaving your little piece of paradise, and heading to work right afterwards. However, that’s what were both working towards. A life where paradise, our career, and magical moments are all intertwined.
