Frequently asked questions
Who is Alexis Alcalá?
Alexis Alcalá is a keynote speaker, the founder and CEO of InnerCamp and the creator of the Holosomatic® Method. Since 2018 InnerCamp has certified more than 2,500 practitioners, and his work has reached more than 300,000 people.
What is the Holosomatic® Method?
A body-based method for personal change created by Alexis Alcalá. It combines four layers, breathwork, bodywork, energy work and manifestation, supported by sound, movement and mindset work.
What does Alexis speak about?
How real change happens through the body as well as the mind: moving from thinking to feeling, nervous-system regulation and calm under pressure, and the power of breath. His talks combine storytelling with a short guided experience the audience does together.
What makes his keynotes different?
The audience does not only listen. Each talk includes a guided, stage-safe experience, so people feel the idea in their own body. That is what makes it memorable.
Is the experiential part safe for a conference audience?
Yes. The elements are designed for a seated or standing audience, are optional for each person and are led with clear guidance. Stronger practices are kept for workshops and retreats with proper screening.
Which formats are available?
A classic keynote (30 to 60 minutes), an interactive keynote (60 to 90 minutes) or an immersive experience for large groups (up to 3.5 hours). Each is adapted to the event.
Where does Alexis speak?
Internationally. He tours Europe and the UK every month and speaks at conferences, summits and festivals.
How do I book Alexis?
Use the booking form on this site with your event, date, location and audience size. The team replies personally.
Can the talk be combined with media or content work?
Yes. Bookings can include a VIP meet and greet, content creation such as backstage clips, and podcast or media collaborations during the event.
Where can I train in the Holosomatic® Method?
Through InnerCamp, which runs facilitator trainings in Holosomatic® Breathwork, Bodywork and Energy Therapy, plus workshops and City Retreats. See innercamp.com.
